This is
too good not to share. Former major league baseball star Lenny Dykstra, who was touted as a financial whiz but turned out to be
much less of a genius
than advertised, listed his German shepherd, valued at $10,000, as one of his assets in his recent bankruptcy filing.
In June, on Real Sports With Bryant Gumbel, the former Phillies centerfielder showed a photo of a dog, and said he planned to buy it for $10,000.
"That's a world champion," he said. "That's the only dog I'll buy."
I wonder what the dog's resale value would be?
