2011 Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts, which went on for nearly a month, was a street fair which took up a stretch of Broad Street on Saturday. The festival was inspired by the scene in Paris in the 1910s. (Thus, the 80-foot Eiffel Tower ensconced inside the Kimmel Center, above.)
